A simple solution to the borders of a Hexagonal grid! Just draw a straight line across the highest internal corner to corner possible for each side creating the Blue line and then rule it like a Tennis court. On the line = in, over the line = out.

Cleaning up my backlog, Evil Genius 2 got a bit sloggy at the end but was overall a pleasant playthrough. Learning to juggle the power on research items so you only power exactly what you need at any one time was a godsend for base management.

The advantage of playing in Modern Fantasy or equivalent TTRPGs is that I can use the SF6 avatar creation system to try and make references, not just for faces but outfits too.
