I tried making this, but I didn't have any pasta, or mushrooms, or gruyere, so I've just been sprinkling parsley on wads of aerosol cheese. Still, a solid recipe!

My daughter occasionally references Dougie. In some way, Dougie will live forever, unknown to the original Dougie. I think that's kind of magical, in a well-lubed pool cue kind of way.
