Ruben's love of tinkering with the team also annoys me. The team is not playing 2 or 3 games a week yet he changes the team every single game. It makes the team unsettled.

Low block teams are our criptonite. In these games quicker passing is required. This sideways and backwards passing and booting it into the box can't break down low block teams.

At the moment I just don't see where the goal is coming from. We really lack a flair player that would help to unlock low block defenses.

We just didn't know how to break down a team that just sat deep the entire game. To be honest Everton played nothing the entire game except defend and they defended well with Pickford being class today and Zirkzee proving why he can't lead the line for us.

I am still baffled as to what happened in that game. Did the quick red card for Everton bamboozle us? Did we really miss Cunha that much? Were the players recovering from an unknown hangover? So many questions

I could feel that coming that once Everton got a goal then it would be all bodies behind the ball.
