The cords getting hot means the cords are not rated for what is plugged into them, and has nothing to do with the wiring in the unit. Could be an issue of not enough outlets so tenant has to use extension cords and is not using properly sized ones. 7 ft ceilings are fine on pre-existing bldg, IMO.

Reading the link he is using this as sort of a strange way to say you need to assess the dollar vs where it was a little further back in time, before Trump. I don't know why he doesn't just say that here.
