What’s involved?

You complete a short survey. We will visit twice to conduct free faecal fluke egg count reduction tests on your farm, providing insights into liver fluke resistance, and enabling you to better plan your fluke control programmes, in collaboration with your veterinary practitioner.

What’s this study about?

We’re mapping triclabendazole resistance across Ireland to help farmers better control liver fluke. Our team from University College Dublin, in collaboration with researchers across Europe, will test resistance levels and study farm practices to find solutions.
