Thank you! Seems as if he just started tearing down without warning. I thought the house would have to agree, sign-off, provide money. How does he avoid congress? Executive orders? Is that possible?

Disobeys the law more than anyone, says what he wants about anyone, puts our country at risk and isn’t held to account. We the people are the only ones that can finally get rid of this “Rascal” during the elections. Doesn’t it seem more like 4 years instead of almost one.
