Take what ever meds I have on hand for it, then a hot shower with lots of peppermint oil, followed by something super salty (fries), a crisp cold Coke. Then lay down in a dark room with a cold wet washcloth over my eyes until I fall asleep. If it’s bad, an ice pack on the back of my neck.
