Brian Thompson was Indicted twice for insider trading, 2 ongoing investigation of fraud. Many pols benefitted including Nancy Pelosi. Other investigations ongoing as well. Absolutely not justifying the brutal murder, but Brian Thompson was not the "boy scout" his PR machine is making him out to be.

Jefferson was a deist but not a Christian. Neither was Franklin. AAMOF, most founding fathers belonged to the Unitarian church; which is barely a Christian church. That’s why US Constitution is so awesome!

2008 Bank Bailout (TARP) often used by pols to ask for handout for their pet cause. Except banks were *loaned* money not given & all but 2 paid back; w/ interest! Net net Fed *made* money on bank bailouts! & ofc huge benefit of saving corps & banks - saving jobs, downstream biz!

Indian Cricket Team refusing to go to Pakistan is less about politics and more about player safety. There are open threats *specifically* against Indian players if they visit #Pakistan. A few might be willing to sacrifice our players at the alter of political correctness; most of the Indians aren’t.

Surprised by very low GDP Per Capita and anemic economic growth rate of Nigeria; esp considering abundant natural resources incl plenty of oil n gas & low population. Nigeria growing at 3% despite small base. Ofc India was just like that under Nehru / Gandhi. #Nigeria

Excellent idea to eliminate clock change, should have been done decades ago. But don't eliminate Daylight Saving Time, eliminate Standard Time. Those of us who live life fully, play sports, go out etc., super early dark of Standard time is Horrible. Keep DST year around!
