gallery-dl is a command that won't run on your PC unless you install it first. It's written in python so first you need something like Anaconda to run python commands.

I hate it. Now AI is just the buzzword to put everywhere.
At my job we provide email services, there always was an antispam system based on machine learning. Now they added the word AI to its name to put it in ads of the service. It still works the same as in last the years they just added the word.
