Experts estimate reviving Venezuela’s oil infrastructure would require $80–100 billion in investment over 5–10 years before crude could reliably flow to U.S. Gulf Coast refineries at profitable levels. No one is “about” to make money on Venezuelan oil. Stop talking about the oil it’s a distraction.

I learned about this a couple of months ago. There is a caveat, however. If you take your mail to the counter during PO working hours, you can ask the clerk to postmark it in front of you. This is hardly a solution, but might be information worth tucking away.
