Great...many respected in the military are furious about the 2nd strike that killed two, obviously non-threating survivors, AFTER the first strike on their dinghy! I'm woefully unimpressed. Where the 'Eff' is the outrage on ALL of the FIRST boat strikes in the Caribbean--THOSE aren't murder??
