#AI what's the deal with gemini/LLM -- any prompt I give to depict class warfare includes this pyramid.

And the pyramid is a UFO, beaming citizens up?

because everything is personal to this president. But if this old guard isn't prepared for the cost, they can't retire fast enough for us, and get out of the way, and pray they get a comfortable quiet retirement.

The battle are outside is raging.

Why are the Dem leaders so hated?
- They make a lot of speeches but don't actually make their own sacrifices. When they close government, they just appear to quit the public eye, instead of mobilizing a direct action to help the poor, who bear the brunt of the suffering.

or is this the context?

sometimes seeing a comparable chart puts more words to a thing

Neither of these are what those words mean, which is why we need new words to describe the economic divide in the world.

Some ones to define or look up: crapitalism, social democrat,, democratic socialist, free market fundamentalist, libertarian (minarchism, anarcho-capitalist [AKA Musk]) ...

Most people don't trust the media in their country. The 3 exceptions are interesting, as I don't trust China's state news media. But if you look at the China Panel Survey, they have huge distrust of OUR media too, and distrust US citizens in general.

Democracy could use a revamp here.

On a website devoted to making predictions, the most popular one is that #AI will cause massive unemployment. Surveys about public fears of this show most people doubt it will happen, and are welcoming the "revolution" that could make them expendable.

As as fiction #writer, its super interesting

So you're telling me in the most interested election in decades, only 47% of voters actually voted in NYC?

(2.05M / 4.7M active-registered voters = 47%)

Maybe this ^ is what's telling the autocrats we'd like them to take over.

Here's a breakdown of what fraction of the total USA (by zipcodes) are heavily dependent on #SNAP benefits (source: Census / American Communities Survey)

So 13.3% of all zipcodes have at least 20% of the population on SNAP.

Interesting way to evaluate the power of subsidies (or expenses only US citizens pay, like catastrophic medical expenses)

#SNAP map, county level, 2022 data
November 3, 2025 at 11:38 PM
Where are large fractions of the population receiving #SNAP (typically, but not in November)?

(compare with counties that supported Trump 1 year ago)

How about:
"30 Helens wasn't enough. How can 9 be?"

I know it is dated ca. 1988 but we gotta start somewhere

#MTG #Arena powered cube - surprising 17lands data for vintage: No green or black cards at the top. And red+white cards dominate.

Would you have guessed that Ajani and Pyrogoyf are equivalent in power to Ancestral Recall and Time Walk?

Interesting to look at the election voting result in Salt Lake City and wonder if liberals and conservatives are this segregated within the same city in most places.

In every game I won, it was Esika's Chariot or Oko doing all the work.

For my first ever Magic:TheGathering vintage cube (#MTGA Arena Powered Cube) I drafted this very pedestrian Sultai ramp deck. And went 6-3!
(thrilled considering this format is dauntingly complex)

I miss the original.

The most inside joke (inside another joke) ever

If we re-ordered the sustainable development goals #SDGs by the number of organizations that actually worked on these goals over the years, it would look like this.

Education and Health get the most attention.
Climate and Oceans get the least.

This dictatorial edict begins saying, "Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government"

So they are self-identifying the US government as fascist then?

Without checking, I'm going to predict this was a #UMC church. They've been on the right side of history for a while now.

Like Lincoln said, "I don't give a flying f*ck if God's on my side. I worry about whether we're on God's side."
