Going to sound crazy too, but, if you have plenty of time between flights, you’d have your choice of lounges to visit based on preference of cities

I guess we should flip the question around, how long do you want to wait to receive your luggage? I have heard that SFO Is quicker than LAX, but I’m not that current…. I might also consider if the airline u r transferring to is in the same terminal + how much time u have in between to connect

I saw a documentary a few years back on YouTube of how they construct the piano and how long it actually takes, I’ll have to find you the link it’s really was truly incredible……
