A lot of things in US politics are irritating, but not many come close to gerrymandering, which is always infuriating, especially when it’s done for political gain!

How little coverage will the sweeping travel ban get now that the Musk-Trump „bromance” has come to an end? Or that foreign Harvard students are not allowed to enter the US? Or that there’s a 10-year moratorium on state level AI-regulations tucked away in the Budget Reconciliation Bill..?

I find many presidential pardons in the US to be “uninspiring” at best, and I wholeheartedly disagreed with many of the Biden pardons at the end of his term, but what Trump is doing is appalling. It’s truly turned into “if you support me, I’ll get you out of jail, bo matter what…”

Not sure what upset me more yesterday: the pause of all new foreign student visas appointments; the speed at which “persecuted” white farmers were granted refugee status and brought here while all other refugee resettlements were suspended; or some of the outrageous presidential pardons… 🤨

I do not understand how one could view the Trump Memecoin Dinner as NOT an issue? It screams “problematic” from every angle I look at it. But maybe I just don’t understand it enough, so if someone could explain it to me like I’m 11, please?

It might be surprising to Gorka and people like him, but I don’t hate America and still think that every PERSON deserves DUE PROCESS!
JUST IN: Deputy Assistant to the President and "Counterterrorism Czar" Sebastian Gorka says anyone advocating for due process for Kilmar Abrego Garcia could be viewed as "aiding and abetting a terrorist" and be federally charged. (h/t Philip Germain)
