Thank you Christina for your generous work on this, first and foremost. It is a good change, but 19 mins are too long to follow (not my opinion, researched fact). Keep at max 5 mins, maybe with more episodes. Also, if you go towards podcasting a must is to keep a faster pace to retain attention.
