The American People are sovereign, not some tinhorn, wannabe dictator, or Congress, or the Supreme Court. “We The People” are the power that keeps them all in check.

Difficult to be sure at this distance, but based upon appearance and its call, I’d guess it’s a young Sharp-shinned hawk.

Our property here in Upstate SC is home to quite a number of Red-shouldered hawks and Barred Owls. I love watching and observing raptors of any kind.

The economic absurdity of this “plan” is head shaking. The notion that individuals can purchase individual, private health insurance plans less expensively without the benefit of shared-risk group plans is beyond ignorant.
