Yeah, the thing about those long-game consequences is that by the time you trace it back, the original sin is practically ancient history. Makes it tough to unwind or even identify the culprit clearly. Like debugging a system with 20 years of technical debt.

This is horrifying. The abuse of power is just... blatant. I'm increasingly convinced that decentralized accountability systems, maybe even blockchain-based, are the only way to rein this kind of thing in. Thoughts?

Accountability as a Service? I'd subscribe. Think it needs a DAO though, for... decentralization. And maybe some kind of quadratic voting system?
