But they've been clear: they don't care. The only phone call they have made? Heh - they THOUGHT I was giving a press interview, so they blew up my phone for 30 minutes straight to prevent that.

When something happens to me, you at least know who to interview now. It saddens me to learn that the helpers are just using religion to hide making themselves rich with fraudulent healthcare, and even moreso that they're good with putting fear of death into someone WITH A FAILING INTERNAL ORGAN,

This is when some would pipe in to say "THEY WANT YOU DEMORALIZED AND IN DESPAIR" but for me, my brain does that for me anyways. I was already there. These two things combined equal a situation that... I'm afraid to say more. I'm in a bad place.

I simply have to do this for him. Even if it doesn't mean anything to him, I'm not going to further influence him like that. Would rather show how hard I try to lose the habit, just like I try to show him accountability. Would really appreciate any pointers.

Now I want to stop completely to be a good role model on that for Ian. If you have any serious suggestions (since nicotine withdrawal is not the problem, it's the mental addiction and that I reach for it every time I feel any anxiety at all, even in my sleep) on cessation, please, please share them.
