The God of Jupiter is the Lord of Magicians, MARDUK KURIOS of the Double-headed Axe. MARDUK was born of our Father, ENKI, to do battle against the forces of the Ancient Ones.
I saw a lot but the dumbass faction of the left are very vocal and prolific poasters online in general and here in bluesky dot com in particular. GENERALLY opposition to Platner came pretty quickly from the non-dumbass left.

There’s no way defending Platner was a thing that came universally or solely from the left wing of the party, it was definitely the usual suspects of the worst of the left. But to pretend it was predominately the moderate or establishment wing? Just so much revisionist bullshit.

What pisses me off is that it’s all money he stole from us in the form of higher prices and a weaker economy and lost jobs and even if the courts correctly invalidate his lawlessness we’ll never see a penny of that money back ourselves, it’ll just get eaten up by the intermediaries.

As somebody who passionately wants the filibuster gone, I was quite concerned about the public opinion consequences of the majority nuking it to restore SNAP and worker pay over Democratic intransigence. Not sure we stay winning the fight in that circumstance.

Nothing in our politics is more important than retaking the house and senate in the next election cycle. Even a senate of 51 Schumers would be a radical improvement to the status quo.

I have 2 Dem senators and a rep and I'm already completely committed to supporting any slightly credible challenger willing to primary them. What sucks is that if these losers manage to beat off that primary challenge it will be an absolute imperative to vote for them AGAIN. Just ugh.
