I live with two uber-metro golf course users. These courses are gems and are being seriously undervalued. Horrifically understaffed and under-marketed. Closed several days/week because of staffing. There's a whole community of after-hours users that could be cultivated.

Oh, of course, they have their own zoning 😑

Also a long story from a resident about her thank you notes being stolen from her mailbox and then tossed into a ditch where a neighbor walking her dog found them and returned them. "Just an example of how neighbors watch out for each other here."
