Space tourism has been a thing for years now. So why are people going crazy about the BO all-female flight? All the criticism I have seen applies to all previous BO, Virgin, SpaceX and RosCosmos tourists.

People getting mad just because they didn't bring along a man is sadly how we still are today.

EU:ssa moni jaksaa itkeä kun on säätelyä. On lopulta hyvä olla toimiva säädäntömekanismismi.

Verrataan miten jenkeissä on työn alla kohta tuhat erilaista AI-direktiiviä koska jokainen osavaltio joutuu innovoimaan omansa. Liittovaltio kun ei kykene.

Now that US has stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine, it is only a matter of time when they still start sharing with Russia. If not already.

All of Europe, especially Ukraine, will need to consider how exposed we are to Russia utilizing US intelligence.

Omaan mediavirtaan ei ole osunut järkiargumentteja perintöveron poistamiseksi. Uskon että sellaisia on, joten voisiko joku verojen maksamista vihaava suositella hyvää, ei-ideologista lähdettä?

Zelensky didn't visit Washington DC, he visited Kremlin DC, and has now met with Putin.

So, Musk weaponized Starlink. Did he thus kill it? If anybody can be kicked off at a whim, you can no longer trust the service provider. Did this also kill Starship, as Starlink was the only near term foreseeable commercial use case for it?

Exclusive: US could cut Ukraine's access to Starlink internet services over minerals, say sources
Ukraine's access to SpaceX-owned Starlink was brought up in talks between U.S. and Ukrainian officials after Ukrainian President Zelenskiy turned down an initial proposal from U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent.

In Silicon Valley (tv series) a person is so poor that they have to do their grocery shopping in person.

The modern equivalent is people who are forced to write their own LinkedIn updates.

Make no mistake: this is not peace negotiations, this is Molotov-Ribbentrop all over again. Decades from now schools, where still available, might teach about the Lavrov-Rubio deal. Anything USA "negotiates" must be ignored by the world. www.nytimes.com/2025/02/18/u...
Trump’s Pivot Toward Putin’s Russia Upends Generations of U.S. Policy

I'm very surprised to so completely agree with Mr Branson on this topic. I had thought of him as a member of the MagaBros. I'm happy to stand corrected.

I do hope that we Europeans can find unity, defend our neighbours and let the USA go gently into the dark.

I wonder, will Greenland eventually join Canada? Being part of Denmark makes as much sense as Falkland being British. Canada could be the most responsible custodian for that ice mass.
