The fact that Gandalf makes Frodo decide whether to go through the mines of Moria is so messed up. He was the one who knew about the balrog. He should've had the burden of the decision. #LOTR

We're all doing taxes now (or have done them if you're more prepared than me). What % of your take-home pay did you give to charity? I'm embarrassed to see that I only gave 1.7% of my take home to charity in 2024 (including GoFundMes, orgs, etc). In 2025, I'm going to do better, with a goal of 5%.

My synagogue is interviewing new rabbi candidates. One of the first questions asked at the Q&A with our first candidate is how long the rabbi's services will be. I love us hahaha

Incredible book for anyone in the running community. Completely science based referencing interesting studies about how humans find their limits. I devoured this in a couple of days. Excited to find more from this author.
