No, that’s not standard practice. Whilst there is agreement that gender dysphoria exists there is only a few who would claim that a person can change sex. “Feeling” like the opposite sex doesn’t make it reality.

I wonder if they will be feeling so tough when they need to answer for what they have done. The masks won’t protect them. Payroll will convict them, can’t come soon enough.
