Watch out for discriminatory hiring practices in TESOL. Unfortunately, linguicism and nativism remain rampant in the field. "TCL" uses a grading scale to assign points based on applicant origin and accent. This is not in compliance with equality laws. Teachers, know your value — don't apply.
