From food wrappers to polyester fibers, everyday #plastics are easily ingested by wildlife living near us.
We measured microplastics in feces from feral cattle, water buffalo, boars, macaques, and porcupines in Hong Kong’s peri-urban areas. 85% of samples contained microplastics 😟.
