I’m as much a Rand Paul hater as the next guy, but he’s articulated these points most cogently. Dem Senators must dispute the premise of war. Dem Senators are criticizing the “second tap” rather than condemning the US government’s supplanting the coast guard in order to carry extrajudicial killings.
