Yes, his writing in this book is breathtaking. I haven’t read Pale Fire, but I did read Ada or Ardor, which I didn’t think was as good.

I think many don’t understand the slope we’re on and where this is going. For those that do I think there’s a lot of feelings of helplessness; people don’t know what they can do that would be effective.
