The boy is scared and expects to be hit, however the hooded stranger with the crow on his shoulder is waiting expectantly for him. With a groan and sigh the boy gets up. He leaves a bloody handprint in the bench. As he nears the stranger, smoke begins to envelop them both before they disappear with the wind.

Definitely this scene from my GN. It was my first time attempting a detailed environment of this scale. Though I was scared to start drawing, in the end I enjoyed myself immensely. Painting it was even more satisfying 🎨☺️

#artvsartist I’m very proud of the work I did this year. I illustrated my THIRD picture book. Finished and published my FIRST comic online. Wrote TWO stories and queried them both. All of this has helped me level up in my craft and learn new things that I’m excited to expand on. (1/2)
