I'm getting a bit flustered with news media referring to this as Trump's first term. It's not, it's his second term and they need to stop this first term BS. The constitution is very clear on two terms, and whether they are consecutive or not makes zero difference.

If Musk wants to know what a "Ponzi scheme" actually is, it's having one investor make an above market investment in X so you can mark up your position, then rolling it into another entity you own, blind from public valuation, so you can further disguise the true valuation and hide your losses.
