Between the fires in so cal, other recent natural disasters, banning of tik tok, the looming transition of power, Gaza, Ukraine…..It can feel hopeless. Find a moment every day to create something beautiful, a solution or anything else that makes the world a little brighter.

I see so much negative sentiment against Airbnb. I get it.

Many cities didn’t regulate properly to maintain balance for their communities though.

Banning STR’s altogether isn’t the answer. lodging taxes and tourism dollars, plus housing for displaced residents are part of a healthy community.
