Getting a little more work done on this finally.

Does an artist ever retire? I am 62 with Parkinson’s. My paint brush ends up on the floor more often than the canvas but I can’t imagine life without art. People tell me that it isn’t a real job. In a way they are right. It’s an all encompassing way of life that sometimes pays the bills. 😊

When I’m not painting or writing I like to sew. I’m repairing an old scrap quilt my mother made 50 years ago. It brings back a lot of memories. Art, in all forms, has been used to record history throughout human existence. What will the art from this bizarre era look like. Off to paint penguins 🐧
