since we were young, they ask us drawing free for school activities
when we grow up a bit, they ask us for draw some walls and lowpaid or even unpaid
and now we are adult, they add rules allow using AI

My goverment have added:
"5. Group, individual is allowed to use documents and source about AI that is legal public. Generally is allowed to approach for analysis, experiments, training AI with conditions that not affect to author's privacy and legal purposes."
