And fractally complex as well ❤️ I love going on a roadtrip through small towns just for them to be on their local festivities so I can find out they venerate an image of the virgin Mary they found to cry honey because bees had made a hive inside it! That's so special!

/this is actually something that really bugs me about most Trek, showing the ideal end state of all planetary societies as a monoculture and, thus, also of space at large, and something I seek to pointedly correct through my fanworks because dammit if I'm letting the US culture erase mine.

Prodigy's Protostar computer has the voice of the great @bonniebellg.bsky.social, for instance, and she does sound amazing. We need more humans in new art, not less. Less nostalgia as well; let new stories be told. Not confident about that one with Paramount's new ownership though.

Possibly a federal state model à la Germany or the US? If you have a Ni'Varian assembly with an elected representative for foreign and "global" affairs and then the Romulan and Vulcan peoples each have their own internal governments that cooperate as equals, I think it could be done

hay ciudades (barcelona, sevilla, málaga, granada... las más turísticas) en las que de verdad que prohibiría el turismo durante 3 años pa que resurgiera la economía no centrada en el visitante y cerraría todo alojamiento turístico que haya abierto en los últimos 10 años hhhh es terrIBLE esto
