Oh so my comment on Unconscious Mind feels odd, but I was getting back to your main point.
They're competing for our money and our time. It's a tall order to ask me to commit to an all-in when I can buy meatier games for that price or play punchier games in that time.

Down here the Unconscious Mind came with an all-in package. We can't get the retail edition; they brought only the deluxe with all the expansions in the box
Fine.. for some. I had a light interest in the game though, and I can't justify buying it when I could get War for Arrakis for the same price.

I want to agree with you but then it would hit too too too close to Spirit Island and the many adversaries and scenarios it has even in the game box 😂

The "bloated" instantly brought those time consuming, all-in, "either make it your obsession or bounce" sprawling games, but I couldn't fit in the "one-size-fits-all modular designs" part?
