Just had a fabulous break up in the North East, saw this little collection upon the Durham moors, great part of the country to visit

We had a good walk along the Fleet this afternoon, from Moonfleet to Butterstreet Cove and back counted 28GC Grebe 3 Wheatear@ Park wall 2 Corn Bunting 1 Reed 9 Pintail and 50 + RB Merganser 4 Shelducks a few Stonechat, Linnents and Skylarks

Saw this today at RSPB Lodmoor, 2 Sand Martins having a bit of a fight

Adult Yellow Legged Gull on the West Path at Lodmoor earlier today
I had never seen an Adult in the UK before so happy days indeed

It’s not every day you see an Oystercatcher chilling out on a fence in the sunshine
