Agreed, though 2013-like behavior is not my assertion. Just noting that an initial surge in FMS exposure is not a good reason to be bearish, as BofA's reference to Feb '22 implies. If one focuses solely on PMI , there is perhaps a bear case. I stressed the reset concept, which is often ignored.
