The board should reject, and ask organizers to consider Vancouver if they want the west coast. The Toronto RWC was a success and Canada is an excellent host nation.

It's crazy how weird people are with alcohol. If someone offers me cocaine I can just be like "no thanks" and that's it. But with alcohol I have to lead with an excuse or I'm spending the next 20 minutes getting quizzed on if I'm an ex-alcoholic, Mormon, or suffering from a chronic health condition.
