Just some guy trying to nudge the algorithm in a better direction.
So how are we divvying it up? Cost of ACA for one year is 23 billion. Pop of US is ~340 million. If we divide it up evenly its $67 dollars each.
If we divide it up among ACA recipients that may be around 50 million people... $460 dollars each. Or if we give it to the top 1% in tax breaks...
