His 2nd Tommy John surgery. There is nothing revisionist about it. All these guys throwing 100 mph will blow out their elbows. Strider had already done it once. Now twice. There was no reason to rush signing him to a big contract. They paid him 2 years earlier than they needed to.

He should fire himself. He has given out some bad contracts and made some bad trades. Freeman/Langeliers would be a better situation than Olson/Murphy and cheaper. The Harris, Strider, Murphy and Profar contracts are ridiculous. Olson isn't looking good either.
