Only have undergrad in bio but I loved history and yet hadn't heard Florence Bell who was important in the initial preps of DNA for crystallography for Cavendish lab. She got sidelined and no credit (they wouldn't grant her degree from Cambridge in the '30s!)

My surname, as strange as this sounds, is really unusual in Newfoundland. There are only 2 Berry's in the whole of St. John's (the other is a student that started in our department last year). I often get referred to as Dr. Burry which bugs me, because my name is literally on all the course material
