Choice will always be there for those than can afford it. The naysayers talking about poor quality healthcare. I’d like the hospital closest to me to offer the best quality, not because I find hit the hard way that I should have went to the other hospital in the opposite direction.

The University of Pittsburgh has clinics in Ireland. United Healthcare sells private insurance there. They know how to do it, it just takes legislation.
