Was wild to hear the hype for that young Bruce Springsteen guy. I love hearing things as they were and being able to look back on what actually happened. #at40

All the chicanery going on at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue sort of makes me miss Infrastructure Week.

I'm really impressed with the growth spurt here, feels different than when Threads started off
There seems to have been a little bit more passion in the first days of that platform. Sadly most of it is gone now and many of us have ended up over here. Not a bad place to be.

Sorry Bluesky, I've been remiss in visiting the site and posting pithy and interesting tidbits and links. All these new people here remind me I need to pay attention to you and this fine site as well. That means more fun and excitement is on the horizon.

Someone in my special little corner of suburbia chose to mow their lawn today. I understand it's 75°, but you don't bring the mower out until March. Dude, you're making all the other guys in the hood look bad to our wives.

Turns out I do have one New Year's #resolution. After being barraged by desperate retailers and every non-profit I've ever even thought about over the last 24 hours, I will unsubscribe for 100 email lists in 2024. And probably even more. So from me and my sore index finger to you, happy 2024!

This is an important story with information for both #journalists and #news #consumers. Specifically it's about the #Gaza #war, but it can carry over to any kind of news coverage, especially breaking news.
