It’s true, I rarely post. Mostly likes and re-skeet.

I am, nevertheless, a real person.

Brine the tenderloin in seawater then smoke lightly with cedar. Slice thin, overlap each slice on the plate, top with salmon tartar.

If you liked mushrooms we could go to town, but hey, I can’t fix that.

My family still had one with a metal dial in the eighties. When I went to film school it was a favorite prop for my whole class.

You’re using protagonist 100% right.

And I hadn’t thought of that Henry Hill comparison. Yup.

p.s. I love a reprehensible protagonist - obviously Scorsese has been working that aisle for a bit, and often gets misunderstood.

Mollie is an interesting idea though. Thanks again

Totally get that - I mean Leo was not the good guy (not the good guy in Wolf either I’d argue)

Mollie. Hadn’t really thought of that. Such an interesting idea. I think the Jesse Plemons character was the protagonist in the book ( I could be wrong )

Thanks for answering.

Very curious to know - no judgement - who should have been the protagonist?
