You don’t need to constantly buy the latest bike and you don’t need to pay the earth for it. Just maintain it. My four year old £750 road bike has done over 8,000 miles. I think I’ve had value for money and plenty of adventures.

Cardiff council do have a reporting system on their app. However as as a user you have to distinguish what is the responsibility of the council or the police, which is not easy and deters people from reporting.
