This is a little tiresome. Have a great weekend.
I am talking about tradeoffs and priorities. Less money for some services, more money spent on other, arguably more important services, like health care. No miracles here, just a budget.

Easing discomfort should come second to life-saving care, but I spend more on coffee than health care. The good? It is inexpensive. The bad? We need to spend more on extra surgical beds, doctor and nurse salaries - I would be ok spending less on coffee.
