Republicans are incapable of passing an actual budget. This is probably “by design,” as they hate governing (excluding policing our private lives.)

As a US citizen, I agree with you.
I also agree with the poster above that right-wing authoritarian groups are in the rise everywhere. This is not an excuse, it’s a warning - do not let them get a foothold.
