I wrote a drug heavy novel four years ago. I got a bad review where he thought it was a police crime procedural but it was the inverse. There were drugs in my day and well before then.

This is true but like many motorcycles of this era, clip-ons without rearsets would give the rider a sore back. It has the rear brake lever on the right so must be an 850 Mk III (I had a 1974 850 Mk II, no electric start, rear brake on left, gearshift on right, oddly not hard to adapt to).

There are many drivers who aren't fit to hold a licence! I first rode road motorcycles in 1975 where I was on own. Later I taught myself to drive and had one lesson to polish my parking. For me it's intuitive but many even after decades can't drive properly and are literally frightened every time.

This is the ACT, not Victoria / New South Wales / Queensland / South Australia etc etc. Light rail will run to Woden but this will take some years to build, given the shortage of workers with appropriate skills. I live in Gungahlin where light rail has been great.
