No he wasn’t. Reread the post. Duffy was also the interim administrator of NASA. Trump has re-nominated Isaacson as a full time administrator. Elon threw a major hissy fit the first time DJT nominated Isaacson, so Trump removed the nomination.

Our smooth brained President is so enamored with the idea of a “flying palace”. He fails to consider that it would be cheaper to start with a new airframe designed for all the gadgets that keep his dumb ass safe. The notion that it’s a gift to him, also tickles his id.
