Thank you to the West Seneca and Amherst Democratic Committees for welcoming me tonight to talk about how we Democrats are fighting for the people of our communities and country.

I am proud to be a member of the party that will always fight for the men, women and families of our country.

We don't arrest officials in this country because we disagree with them, nor do we arrest them because they are standing up for their communities. We all should stand with Gov. Pritzker and Mayor Johnson because what's happening in Chicago could happen anywhere else.

The latest statistics on shooting incidents in Buffalo continue the excellent trend of reductions, especially the 50+% reduction when compared to the 5 year average.

Kudos go out to the BPD, other law enforcement agencies, including EC's teams, as well as anti-violence agencies. Well done by all!

"Banned Together" follows three students as they fight to reinstate 97 books suddenly pulled from their school libraries. As they evolve from local to national activists the film reveals the dark forces behind the accelerating wave of book bans in the U.S.

Perfectly said by Libbey Call, one of my law school classmates.

If you support the recent acts she is referring to you are definitely on the wrong side of history.

Great event tonight for Stephen Nowicki for Cheektowaga Town Council. Town boards should focus on providing services to their constituents as efficiently as possible, and that's what Stephen will do.

A member of the IBEW # 41 who will fight for you, please support Stephen Nowicki for Cheektowaga.

Election Day is less than a month away and there are some very important local races, including in Cheektowaga.

MAGA Republicans have run the town very poorly recently. Its time to return a competent council to Cheektowaga. Instead of protesting on October 18th, please join me at this GOTV Rally 👇

I don't truly know how any person who believes in our Constitution and the rule of law can support this or what is happening in Chicago. It is antithetical to what our nation supposedly stands for, or at least did before this administration took office. 2/2

There is nothing normal about the president sending National Guard troops from one state into another in order to stop a non-existent threat to our security and subvert a ruling of a U.S. District Court Judge.

Thanks to my friends with Amherst Parks for the invitation to play some tunes as part of its Walton Woods Enchanted Forest Walk, as well to Lizzie Arnold and Sal Calandra for their collaboration, and to all who attended. It was a relaxing and beautiful Friday night out after a very unusual week.

This morning, the Trump Administration’s Department of War gave me an ultimatum: call up your troops, or we will. It is absolutely outrageous and un-American to demand a Governor send military troops within our own borders and against our will.

Earlier this week the Trump administration announced it was cutting $187 million in federal antiterrorism and law enforcement aid to NY. Guess who reversed course after Democrats and Republicans joined together to criticize the cuts?

It's TACO time again, but at least this time it's good for NY.

I have been advised the Union Road Bridge over Buffalo Creek in West Seneca near Clinton Street has been closed by the NYS Dept. of Transportation in all directions for emergency repairs. Please use an alternate route and avoid Union Road in the immediate vicinity, if possible.
