Nothing as peaceful as being in a Launch Countdown Hold at KSC Press Site by the countdown clock listening to the tap, tap of the flag halyard clips as the US Flag flies is the breeze

Light fog at our house this morning, flowers not as abundant as a few years ago. Still nice to see and enjoy for another month or so.

I continue attempting to get a perfect audio recording of a rocket launch from KSC. Today I’m pointing a microphone in the opposite direction to the pad. I hope to capture the dynamic sounds of launch reverberating off the VAB and other building near the NASA News Center Press Site. 🤞

For those who haven't met her, this is Obi (and yes Obi can be a girl's name too) also of note, she is a Jedi coincidentally born on May the 4th.

View from the office ;) Actually I'm sitting in my car at the NASA KSC Press Site. In about an hour, I'll walk out near the countdown clock to watch #SpaceX #IntuitiveMachines launch the IM-2 Lunar Lander to the moon.

Good morning from N Florida, it's our 1st frost of the season and 35°F this morning. Glad it's a day off work, I really need to not be there for a bit. The headphone experience sounds very interesting. The tech side of me wonders about the production side and such

Even though it's Monday, what a pretty start to the day and my 50 minute commute at about 6:30am this morning

As promised here's pictures of our outing for breakfast & the surprise dog wash. Obi was really into the time at the diner and a little less excited about the part getting a wash and rinse. She did get a new toy, a pink flamingo. We need to get her out more, she's great at making friends.

Cool temps in the morning and Obi would like to go out for breakfast. She's asked for bacon and hopes to meet some new friends at the outside seats at a diner. Pictures to follow, for now though...

A great start to any day is being at NASA Kennedy Space Center for a launch. #Psyche
